Our public library has over 3000 books available to anyone who signs up for a FREE MLK library card! Our public computer lab has internet access, resume and typing support, as well as assistance with job searches.

Bring your gently used clothing, household items, and other goods to share and swap. Please do not bring any type of chemicals or beauty products for safety reasons. Book a table to sell your homemade crafts. If you are unable to attend the event that day and are interested in donating items please call ahead to arrange a drop-off time. Cougar's Den
Cypress School students are invited to join the Cougar's Den Afterschool Program at the MLK Center!
This program is a partnership with the Redding School District and runs Monday-Friday from 2:45-6:00 pm. The Cougar's Den is dedicated to providing academic enrichment, homework assistance, promoting positive peer interactions, recreation, and a safe environment where students can have fun and learn new skills while in a supervised setting. The program is available to all Cypress students in K-5th grade.
